Consent to Electronic Records (E-Consent)

1. What you're consenting to

By checking the consent box when you submit a request, you agree that CashLoan4U and the lenders and lending partners we connect you with may provide all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other records relating to your request electronically — on this website, by email, or by text — instead of on paper, and that your electronic signature or click has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, as provided by the federal ESIGN Act.

2. Hardware and software you need

• A device with internet access and a current web browser that supports TLS encryption and cookies;
• A valid email address, and the ability to view and save or print PDF and HTML documents;
• If you receive records by text, a mobile phone capable of receiving SMS.

By consenting, you confirm you can access records in these formats.

3. Paper copies

You may request a free paper copy of any record we provided electronically by contacting support@cashloan4u.com. Lenders' paper-copy policies are stated in their own disclosures.

4. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us via our Contact page or at support@cashloan4u.com. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of records already provided electronically. Because our service operates online, withdrawing consent may mean we cannot process a request for you.

5. Keeping your contact details current

Please keep a working email address (and phone number, if used) on file with us and any lender you work with, and update us if it changes, so records reach you.
